What is the illusion of wealth in this world?
My wealth will be the chiefs who will come
When the jaws come to me on this dust
But I enjoy the prostration that I get in your memory
Will they call me to the Ka'bah with glory?
When you pick me up, the master himself will come on foot
If faith is not mine, then what about me from time immemorial
If they come before me, faith will come
This is a normal world, let me be proud
Whoever is proud of me, only Muhammad will come to me

سجدہ
سجدہ جب کروں رب کو رحمت ملتی ہے مجھ کو
جب خوف قبر ہو تو سرکار جو آئیں گے
جو محب الہی ہو معلوم ہے یہ مجھ کو
ہے خاص کرم ان پر سرکار جو آئیں گے
مجلس ہو ملائکہ کی شامل وہ کريں مجھ کو
سردار بھی آئیں گے شانیں بھی دیکھائیں گے
دولت کا برم کیا ہے اس جہاں میں مجھ کو
میری دولت وہ ہوگی سردار جو آئیں گے
جب جبیں لے کر مجھ کو اس خاک پر آتی ہے
پر لطف ہے وہ سجدہ جو تیری یاد میں ملے مجھ کو
کعبے میں بلائیں گے کیا شان سے وہ مجھ کو
جب لینے مجھے آقا خود چل کر آئیں گے
ایمان میرا نہیں تو زمانے سے کیا مجھ کو
میرے سامنے وہ آئیں تو ایمان بھی آئے گا
یہ عام سی دنیا ہے کیا ناز کرے مجھ پر
جو ناز کرے مجھ پر وہ محمد ہی آئیں گے
رخ انوار جب ان کا دل میں سمائے گا
